joan benoit

Joan Benoit has 17 years' experience as a trial consultant with particular expertise in complex commercial litigation. She was Regional Director for Litigation Sciences' Chicago demonstrative evidence office prior to starting LitiGraphics (the precursor to Trial Vision) in 1993. Trial Vision was incorporated in 1997 and named #28 on the Puget Sound Business Journal's 2000 list of fastest growing privately held companies.

Prior to becoming a trial consultant, Joan worked in consumer marketing at packaged-goods giants General Mills and Kraft, with P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from test market start-ups to $200,000,000 in sales, with millions in advertising and huge marketing research budgets.

Joan graduated cum laude, phi beta kappa in economics from the University of Washington and earned her MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in marketing and finance.

carolyn koch, j.d.

Trial Vision has an association with Carolyn Koch of Jury Solutions. Carolyn has more than 17 years experience as a trial consultant, assisting both plaintiff and defense lawyers in jury research and jury selections in all areas of the law, across the country.

As a bar-admitted attorney, Ms. Koch can assist lawyers at the most critical stages of jury selection. At her client's request, she has been able to directly participate in voir dire, at the bench, in judge's chambers, and even questioning jurors directly so as to fully increase counsel's chances of ferreting out harmful biases.

Ms. Koch graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut. She graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is admitted to the District of Columbia and Connecticut Bars and is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
